A Season of Giving: Delmarva Power Supports Local Children Through Angel Tree

Our team members came together at the Newark headquarters to support The Salvation Army’s Angel Tree program, preparing gifts and essential items for 90 children across the region. From sorting donations to assembling presents, we worked side by side to help people facing hardship experience a brighter holiday season.

“Serving our community means standing with families whenever they need us,” said Marcus Beal, vice president of Governmental and External Affairs and region president, Delmarva Power. “Our team’s participation in the Angel Tree program has grown into a meaningful tradition that reflects the compassion we strive for all year long. By working with The Salvation Army to prepare gifts for local children, we’re helping ensure people feel supported and cared for. It’s a powerful reminder of what’s possible when we come together as a community and look out for one another.”

This year, Delmarva Power supported the Angel Tree program by providing gifts that helped brighten the season for local families. These efforts reflect our shared commitment to lifting up our communities and supporting our neighbors when they need it most.
