“Bringing unity back to the community.”

That’s the message that Walter Harmon, an 8 year veteran for Delmarva Power working as a marketing analyst in compliance and reporting, wants to share during Black History Month. Through his experiences as a member of the Exelon African American Resource Alliance (EAARA), a pastor for his church, and as a member of the African American Heritage Institute, Walter has lived by these words, as he is dedicated to reaching out to his community of Wilmington, DE to share the rich Black culture in the area, while also providing opportunities for the youth in the area to and grow. Walter exemplifies being a driver of diversity, equity and inclusion and uniting others in the shared theme of community.
