Atlantic City Electric is proud to partner with 143 local non-profits in south Jersey that support neighbors in need, promote economic empowerment, and create a stronger, more connected community.

Gateway Community Action Partnership

Gateway Community Action Partnership is on a mission to provide services that improve quality of life and promote self-sufficiency for southern New Jersey residents. They do this by helping people access housing, food, and energy assistance, as well as providing early education & care, mental health, and other wellness services.

Atlantic City Electric supports Gateway through sponsorships and grants, which help increase access to energy assistance and other core programs.

National Coalition of 100 Black Women

The Southern New Jersey Chapter of National Coalition of 100 Black Women, Inc. (NCBW), advocates on behalf of Black women and girls promoting leadership and gender equity in health, education and economic empowerment. NCBW-SNJ serves 8 counties in southern New Jersey providing mentorship, leadership, and support. By focusing on health, education, and economic empowerment, NCBW-SNJ advocates on behalf of the members of the community to build a brighter future.

Not only do Atlantic City Electric employees serve as mentors in their science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) program, but we also support their “Rising to the Top” scholarship for high school seniors and women pursuing higher education in non-traditional ways.
