We’ve Improved My Account


PHI is rolling out new and improved customer centered updates with a single goal in mind: communicating with our customers in a clear, easy-to-understand, and effective manner. Starting January 13, PHI customers will begin seeing a new version of My Account online. 

Key differences that customers will experience:

  • Updated customer interface
  • Easy-to-use “Start, Stop, Move” service feature
  • Easy account number retrieval

We are not done yet. There are more changes to come that will enhance your ability to navigate our websites and find the information you need when you want it.

This work will continue through the end of the year.
