In August 1920 – nearly 100 years ago – the 19th amendment was ratified, granting women the right to vote. As we celebrate Women’s History month, we salute the women whose tenacity, vision, and perseverance led to this history-changing achievement, and take inspiration from their efforts to create a more inclusive workplace at Atlantic City Electric, Delmarva Power, and Pepco where everyone has a voice.
