While delivering reliable energy is their day job, many Pepco employees spend their time outside of work helping to power something even greater: positive change. 

In 2024, our teams logged more than 10,500 volunteer hours, partnering with 200 local non-profits across the District of Columbia and Maryland. From mentoring students and leading STEM workshops, to supporting public health initiatives and providing career guidance, they’re helping build a brighter future for all. 

Their efforts go far beyond what’s expected of them, being there for neighbors, schools, and families who need a helping hand.
