We have partnered with Jingoli Power, the contract company working on our Atlantic City/Brigantine Community Reliability Project, to train young adults residing in Atlantic City to support numerous areas of our project. Hear from our engineers Roberto Polanco and Alfonso Nava who have been instrumental in mentoring the program participants through this workforce development initiative as they prepare for potential careers in the energy industry.
We have a $6.5-million workforce development commitment in New Jersey and young adults working on the Atlantic City/Brigantine Community Reliability Project are also taking advantage of our South Jersey Utility Training Program offered at our Atlantic City training facility. Participants are provided hands-on training and additional opportunities to gain energy industry skills. Learn more about our workforce development efforts here.
