You can also review bills over the past year to see what can be expected for a particular month. This way, you’re able to see patterns in your energy usage and can determine the best ways to cut back. This tool is very insightful when trying to conserve energy.

Energy Saving Tips – Hotter months mean a possibility for higher energy usage! On your ‘My Account’, you’re able to receive personalized energy saving tips based on your usage and the size of your residence or business. Make sure to complete your full profile to ensure you’re receiving the right tips.

Budget Billing – Some customers prefer a consistent monthly payment throughout the year that eliminates seasonal variation. Our budget billing programs spreads costs evenly every month by charging a pre-arranged amount based on pass usage. You can enroll for Budget Billing through My Account or by calling 1-800-375-7117.

Bill Alerts – Remembering that a bill is due can be a challenge for some, which is why you have the option to sign up for bill alerts. Additionally, you can receive high bill alerts to know when your use for the month is exceeding the threshold you set.
