In 2024 alone, 850+ employees dedicated more than 21,200 hours of their time to causes that matter. Whether our teams are mentoring future leaders, helping families access healthy meals, or restoring natural spaces, their actions speak volumes. By partnering with more than 180 non-profits across Delaware and Maryland, we’re driving real, lasting impact – one project, one neighborhood, and one act of kindness at a time. 

And while National Volunteer Month is the perfect moment to celebrate this spirit of service, our commitment doesn’t end here. It’s our year-round More Than Energy promise to build stronger, brighter communities across our region.
