Delmarva Power has always been a part of my story. I grew up here, graduated from the University of Delaware, and began my career as an intern more than 20 years ago. Now, having the privilege to serve as Region President, I’m reminded every day how deeply our work connects to the lives of the people and communities we serve. 

I’ve seen firsthand how much energy reliability and affordability mean to our customers because I live it too, as a neighbor and lifelong resident of this region. That’s why one of my top priorities is ensuring that Delmarva Power continues to be visible, accessible, and responsive — not just when challenges arise, but every day. 

This fall, I had the chance to meet with students during our Careers in Energy Week Expo, where we partnered with Exelon IT and Junior Achievement of Delaware to transform our conference room into a vibrant, interactive space for students to explore STEM and learn about careers in the energy sector. Their curiosity reminded me of myself at that age, eager to learn, to problem-solve, and to be part of something that matters. Programs like these are essential for building the next generation of energy leaders right here at home. 

We’re also proud to continue supporting local families through initiatives like the Customer Relief Fund, which provides direct assistance for households facing financial strain, and by connecting customers with resources that make energy more affordable year-round. When times are tough, our commitment is simple: to help our neighbors stay supported and connected. 

As we enter the holiday season, that spirit of service comes to life across our teams. Our employees are partnering with community organizations to collect gifts and essentials for families in need through programs like the Salvation Army Angel Tree, and our Gas Operations team are continuing their long-standing Turkey Drive, raising funds to deliver hundreds of turkeys and meals to local organizations. These efforts reflect who we are — a company of people who care deeply about our neighbors and the communities we serve. 

I’m honored to lead this incredible team and to continue building on Delmarva Power’s strong foundation of service, innovation, and community partnership.
