At Atlantic City Electric, we’re committed to bringing More Than Energy to the customers and regions we serve. This year, our team worked tirelessly to create meaningful change, from helping neighbors navigate energy assistance programs to directly addressing their unique energy needs through community events and STEM education programs.  

Our community-focused initiatives also created tangible benefits, like building a new playground in Paulsboro, NJ, that reflected the designs of school children and brought families together. We inspired the next generation by launching the first-ever ACE-Celerate! STEM camp, where students got a first-hand look at the energy industry and got the chance to build the skills needed for the STEM field. Additionally, our team encouraged students to think outside the box and guided them in developing innovative climate solutions to combat local environmental challenges.   

Our efforts didn’t stop there. We partnered with Sustainable Jersey to invest $35,000 in five sustainability projects across South Jersey, furthering environmental stewardship for a brighter tomorrow. And at our annual Golf Classic, we supported three local organizations that strengthen our communities and help local youth meet their full potential. 

At local energy assistance events, our team provided guidance on how customers can cut costs and manage their bills. By offering energy assistance programs, we can help power the lives of our customers without compromising on the reliable service they deserve.   

These milestones fuel our excitement for the year ahead as we continue exploring new ways to enhance lives and power a brighter future for our customers and communities. We are excited to see what the new year will hold for our region as we work with employees and community partners to deliver More Than Energy.
