At Atlantic City Electric, we’re dedicated to supporting local nonprofits and organizations. Whether they’re championing STEM education in New Jersey classrooms or uplifting families and individuals in our community, they’re making a real difference in the lives of South Jersey residents, and we’re proud to support their work.

Gateway Community Action Partnership
Gateway Community Action Partnership is on a mission to provide services that improve quality of life and promote self-sufficiency for southern New Jersey residents. They do this by helping people access housing, food, and energy assistance, as well as providing early education and care, mental health, and other wellness services.
Atlantic City Electric supports Gateway through sponsorships and grants, which help increase access to energy assistance and other core programs. Earlier this year, we partnered with Gateway to build a new park in Paulsboro, offering a safe space for local children to enjoy the beauty of their communities.

Rowan College of South Jersey
Rowan College of South Jersey (RCSJ) provides students with the accessible, affordable education they need to prepare them for fulfilling careers. Offering more than 120 unique degrees and certificates along with workforce training programs, students leave prepared to meet personal, professional, and community needs.
We are excited to sponsor the ‘ACE-celerate!’ summer camp at RCSJ—a free two-week summer camp open to Cumberland County high school students entering 9th-12th grades. This three-year partnership focuses on STEM curriculum, energy and climate science, and hands-on practice using professional and college facilities like the Mechatronics Innovation Learning Lab (MILL).
